A-1 Quick Check Installation Instructions

Before installing A-1 Quick Check your junction box must be wired to code. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration does not allow any blue or green colored lights facing the rear of a vehicle. If your junction box faces the rear of your vehicle then you must use the A-1 Quick Check that has all the same colored lights. Parts No’s SG103 or CG107.

Your junction box wires must be tightened down with the nuts that came with the junction box. Then install the washers we have provided on to the studs to make sure that the A-1 Quick Check sits flat. You may have to use more washers on studs containing fewer wires. After you have the same amount of threads per stud, install your A-1 Quick Check. Make sure that the A-1 Quick Check is installed correctly by matching the colors to color. After your A-1 Quick Check has been properly installed apply the nuts we have provided, one nut per stud. Tighten the nuts no more then 1/8 turn after contact. Do not over tighten the nuts! This may cause your board to break.
